1. Services Offered
GymBob provides:
-
1:1 personal training sessions
-
Free consultations
-
Group fitness classes (coming soon)
-
Future services may include 1:1 boxing sessions, digital programs, and online content.
All training is offered in person at facilities where GymBob rents space.
2. Booking & Cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance. Consultations are free but must be scheduled.
-
Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.
-
No-shows or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited or billed.
-
We reserve the right to refuse future bookings if cancellations are persistent or abusive.
We understand life happens, and exceptions may be made at our discretion - but repeated last-minute changes may result in suspension of services.
3. Payments
Payments are accepted via Stripe or PayPal. Payment must be received before services are delivered unless agreed otherwise.
There are no refunds once a paid session or package has begun, except in exceptional circumstances at GymBob’s discretion.
4. Health & Liability
By participating in any session or program with GymBob, you agree that:
-
You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to exercise.
-
You have disclosed all relevant health information before starting training.

You understand physical exercise involves risk, and you participate at your own risk.
-
GymBob accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, or health issues that arise from training, unless caused by proven negligence.
5. Nutritional Advice
GymBob does not offer licensed or clinical nutritional advice. As a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, general recommendations on healthy habits and fitness-related meal ideas may be provided, but they do not substitute for professional dietary advice from a licensed nutritionist or registered dietitian.
If you have specific medical or dietary needs (e.g. eating disorders, medical conditions, allergies), you should consult a qualified healthcare professional.
