Refund Policy

At GymBob, I am committed to providing a high-quality personal training experience. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any services.
 

1. No Refunds on Completed Sessions

Once a personal training session has been delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

I understand that life happens - if you need to cancel or reschedule a session:

  • You must give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the session being charged in full.

  • No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will also be charged in full.

Exceptions may be made at my sole discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Package Sessions

If you’ve purchased a block of sessions (e.g., 5 or 10 sessions):

  • Refunds are not provided for unused sessions.

  • However, sessions may be rescheduled within the block’s expiry timeframe (usually 3 months from purchase).

  • Sessions are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold.

4. Group Classes

Payments for group classes are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by me. If you miss a class, no refund will be provided.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

In the future, if GymBob offers online content or downloadable plans, these will be non-refundable once delivered.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

If a refund is approved (e.g., due to error or exceptional circumstance), it will be issued via the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days.
